Twitter has been working on improving user experience inside its applications on both Android and iOS. But it seems that the company has been preparing a new application for iOS, Dashboard. The app is aimed at helping businesses manage customers and the community that they’ve created on Twitter.

The application allows businesses to monitor Tweets regarding their brand name so that they could evaluate customer satisfaction or consumer opinion. It also offers insights on their Tweet performance. Dashboard also includes analytics elements and comes with built-in tips for businesses.
