Images and specs of the upcoming Samsung C series have been leaking for quite some time now, and recently, Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 will be unveiled on May 26. Now, pictures of the two smartphones have leaked on DigiTech, showing a pink case and sleek design for the new handsets.

The images suggest that the C series smartphones will also arrive in a pink color variant, aside from other expected colors. The physical home button is located on the front, and it includes a fingerprint sensor. The Galaxy C5 is set to measure 145.9 x 72 x 6.7 millimeters (5.74 x 2.83 x 0.26 inches) and will come with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 CPU onboard.

The Galaxy C5 will have a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED screen while the C7 will come with a 5.7-inch screen with 1080p resolution, housed in a rumored all-metal case, similar to HTC One phones but without the laser autofocus on the camera.

Higher prices for the Galaxy C series than previously rumored

Leaked benchmark results have shown the Galaxy C7 will come with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, together with a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, clocked at 2GHz and Adreno 506 graphics processing unit.

The Galaxy C5 will also come with 4GB of RAM, but a larger display and rear camera of 16MP. The front camera is set to reach 8MP, and both devices are expected to run Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 out of the box, with TouchWiz UI on top.

Battery capacity could reach 2600mAh for the Galaxy C5 while the premium model will have a 3000mAh one incorporated. Both smartphones are expected to come with a fingerprint sensor and support 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.

The C series should be published in China first, and pricing rumors say that the Galaxy C5 might cost $335 (€299) for the 32GB model and $400 (€357) for the Galaxy C7. Previous rumors suggested prices starting at about $250 (€223).
